Don Juan in Soho released the photo shoot promo and full cast last week and the rehearsals are set to start today. To prepare ourselves, let’s take a look at who else is joining David Tennant in this seemingly “dazzle” production.

Don Juan in Soho is loosely based on Molière’s tragicomedy ‘Don Juan’. The modern update transports the action to contemporary London and follows the final adventures of its debauched protagonist – a cruel seducer who lives only for pleasure. The play is also described as savagely funny and filthy.

David Tennant leads the cast in the role of Don Juan. He’s best known for playing the Tenth Doctor in BBC’s Doctor Who. He was also the leading man in a highly successful crime drama, ITV’s Broadchurch. He joined Marvel Cinematic Universe by portraying one of the most terrifying villains of all time in the role of Kilgrave in Marvel’s Jessica Jones. David Tennant is no stranger to theater, his long theatre career credits include Richard II, Hamlet, Much Ado About Nothing, Look Back in Anger, and As You Like It, to name a few.
Adrian Scarborough (@RealScarborough) joins the cast as “Stan” He’s best known for playing “Pete” in BBC Sitcom Gavin and Stacey. He also appeared in Doctor Who, Cranford, and The King’s Speech. His theatre credits include King Lear, Hedda Gabler, and Betty Blue Eyes.
Gawn Grainger (@GawnGozo) plays “Louis” He appeared on stage in The Entertainer for the Kenneth Branagh Theatre Company. His other theatre credits include The Cherry Orchard and Macbeth. His Film and TV credits include Blood Royal, Christmas Carol, and Midsomer Murders.
Adrian Richards (@KDMADRIAN) joins the Ensemble of Don Juan in Soho. His theatre credits include Wild Honey for Hampstead Theatre and The Suicide for The National Theatre.
Alice Orr-Ewing (@aliceorrewing) joins the cast as “Mattie” and “Ruby” her theatre credits include An Enemy of the People and Hay Fever. Her film credits include The Theory of Everything and Mr. Turner.
Danielle Vitalis (@daniellevitalis) plays “Elvira”. Her theatre credits include Primetime at the Royal Court. She also appeared on television in Youngers and The Riots: In Their Own Words.
David Jonsson plays “Col” He has appeared in theatre productions including Mary Stuart and Pigeon English.
Dominique Moore (@DominiqueMoore) joins the cast as “Lottie” She is best known for playing “Chanel O’Grady” in Footballers Wives: Extra Time. Her theatre credits include The Lion King and Gutted.
Eleanor Wyld (@EleanorWyld) plays “Dalia” She most recently appeared in The Alchemist. Her film and TV credits include Johnny English: Reborn and Misfit.
Emma Naomi (@emma_naomiUK) joins the Ensemble of Don Juan in Soho. Her theatre credits include Deathwatch and The Crucible.
Himesh Patel (@HimeshJPatel) plays “Vagabond” He is best known for his role as “Tamwar Masood” in Eastenders. His most recent theatre credits is Le Bossu for Bedlam Theatre in 2016.
Mark Ebulué (@mark_ebulue) plays “Aloysius” His theatre credits include Macbeth and Julius Caesar. He has also appeared in TV shows Stan Lee’s Lucky Man and Doctor Who.
Mark Extance (@markextance) joins the Ensemble of Don Juan in Soho. His theatre credits include Correspondence, Pygmalion, and Yes, Prime Minister.
Theo Barkley-Biggs joins the cast as “Pete” His theatre credits include Les Liasons Dangereuses. He also appeared in films such as The Inbetweeners Movie and Hunter Killer.
William Spray joins the Ensemble of Don Juan in Soho. His theatre credits include Hamlet and Twelfth Night. His Opera credits include The Indian Queen. He also appeared in the film A Little Chaos.

Patrick Marber’s Don Juan in Soho, which premiered to great acclaim ten years ago at the Donmar Warehouse, is now produced in the West End by Matthew Byam Shaw, Nia Janis and Nick Salmon for Playful Productions in association with Sonia Friedman Productions.
