In a new video posted on Twitter today, David Tennant and writer and director Patrick Marber discuss this new and exciting play.

The video, shot during a photo shoot sees Tennant and Marber give us a little a background on the play and many many adjectives on what we might expect.

Also announced today is the full cast. Check out all the info over at Facebook. Rehearsals start on Monday, February 6th

Don Juan in Soho is loosely based on Molière’s tragicomedy ‘Don Juan’. The modern update sees David Tennant as DJ who is transported to contemporary London. It follows the final adventures of this debauched protagonist – a cruel seducer who lives only for pleasure. The play is also described as savagely funny and filthy.

“Please don’t be charmed, he’s not a lovable rogue…”

Marber’s Don Juan in Soho, which premiered to great acclaim ten years ago at the Donmar Warehouse, is now produced in the West End by Matthew Byam Shaw, Nia Janis and Nick Salmon for Playful Productions in association with Sonia Friedman Productions.

Set and costume designs by Anne Fleischle and sound and music by Adam Cork.

Don Juan in Soho runs for a strictly limited 11 week season from March 17th to June 10th 2017  at the Wyndham’s Theatre. Tickets are available.
