With one day to go before the premiere broadcast of Sky Atlantic's hotly anticipated comedy series This Is Jinsy, some new promo pictures have been released showing David Tennant in his guest role as Mr. Slightlyman. In the first episode of the series the time has come for the residents of the eccentric Island of Jinsy to enter the Wedding Lottery to be assigned new breed partners. In charge of the lottery is the Master Of Balls, Mr. Slightlyman, a somewhat corrupt individual with a flamboyant dress sense and a worrying addiction to plastic surgery.

The first episode of This Is Jinsy is broadcast on Monday 19th September at 10.10pm on Sky Atlantic and is repeated on the same channel on Tuesday 20th (8pm), Friday 23rd (11.30pm) and Saturday 24th (10.45pm).

The series, created by Justin Chubb and Chris Bran, is Sky Atlantic's first exclusive comedy commission following a pilot of the show on the BBC.

The series will also be released on DVD on the 7th November.
