New Sonnets iPad Clip: Sir Patrick Stewart

New media publishers Touch Press have released a second trailer for the Shakespeare’s Sonnets iPad app which is due to be released very soon. The new clip features Sir Patrick Stewart reading Sonnet 29 ‘When, I disgrace with fortune and men’s eyes’.

The app, which is scheduled for release later this month comprises specially filmed readings of all of Shakespeare’s Sonnets by a host of acting talent, including David Tennant and Fiona Shaw. The sonnets are complemented by full Arden notes and commentaries. The app is a co-production between Touch Press, Illuminations, The Arden Shakespeare and Faber & Faber. Read more about it here
