Two projects with which David Tennant has been involved have received nominations in the British Comedy Awards over three categories.

This Is Jinsy from Sky was nominated for Best Sketch Show. David guest starred as corrupt wedding planner Mr. Slightlyman in the first episode.

Spoof BBC documentary Twenty Twelve, for which David provided a deadpan voiceover, was nominated in two categories: Best New Comedy and Best Sitcom. The programme’s star, Hugh Bonneville, also picked up a nomination for Best Comedy Actor for his role as Ian Fletcher, head of the British Olympics Deliverance Team.
