Quick Update: The RSC has announced the full cast and further information on the creative team of Richard II. Joining David Tennant in Gregory Doran’s first production as Artistic Director of the RSC are:

The Creative Team:
Production Design by Stephen Brimson Lewis, Lighting by Tim Mitchell, Sound by Martin Slavin, Movement Director is Mike Ashcroft, Fight Director is Terry King. The production’s music is composed by Paul Englishby.
In addition to the cast announcement, the RSC will show a series of short behind-the-scenes films on the production of the live cinema screening of Richard II, their first Live from Stratford-Upon-Avon production, starting Friday 30th August. The live performance will be hosted by Suzy Klein and further Behind The Scenes shorts will be shown during the 13 November event both before the show and during the interval.
Richard II runs at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre: 10 October – 16 November before transferring to the London Barbican Theatre: 9 December 2013 – 25 January. Its Live from Stratford-upon-Avon cinema screening will be held on 13 November and play in over 100 cinemas across the UK. Encore screenings will be shown worldwide.
